Smart Lock WiFi G2 Gateway with Remote Control for Smart Door Lock
To ensure a successful pairing, the smartphone, gateway, and smart door lock should be positioned as close as possible during the setup process. Additionally, closely monitor the indicator light on the gateway, as different blinking patterns signify various conditions.
If the USB connection of the gateway is disconnected and reconnected, it may take up to 1-2 minutes for the system to automatically re-establish the connection and complete the pairing process.
The gateway is compatible with smart locks that can be controlled by the DD Lock App and is suitable for all smart locks manufactured by Zowill. There is no limit to the number of door locks that can be connected to the gateway.
A 2.4G Wi-Fi network is required for pairing. For optimal connectivity, it is recommended to place the gateway no more than 32 feet (10 meters) from the smart door lock when connected. Please note that when adding a gateway, your smartphone and the gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Once connected to the DD Lock App, the gateway enables remote unlocking, removing the limitations of Bluetooth unlocking distance. You can also share, modify, and delete e-keys from anywhere, and receive real-time monitoring of door status, battery life, and unlock activity logs.
The gateway is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant, providing voice control for your smart door locks. The gateway can pair with multiple smart door locks without any restriction (Alexa not included).
