Smart Door Lock WiFi Gateway

The Smart WiFi G2 Gateway allows you to remotely control the door lock anytime and anywhere. With its specifications including a model of G2, dimensions of 2.752.751.02 inches, and a 2.4G WiFi network with IEEE 802.11 b/g/n standard, it provides a convenient and versatile solution for smart home control.

The power interface is a Type-C USB, with a power input of DC 5V/500mA. The material used is ABS, and the color is white. The package includes 1 x Gateway, 1 x Type-C Cable (without the power adapter), and 1 x User Manual.

It's important to note that when adding the gateway, your smartphone and the gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network, and the distance between the gateway and the smart door lock should not exceed 32'(10 m). When the gateway is powered on and ready for pairing, the light prompt indicates the status: Stand-by mode – red light and blue light alternately flashing, Working mode – blue light is always on, and Network failure – red light is always on.

As the power adapter is not included, please use a DC5V1A micro USB power adapter to power the gateway. Carefully read the installation steps in the manual, and if you encounter any problems during the installation, you can contact the support team.

The G2 gateway is compatible with all TTlock Smart Door Locks, enabling you to control multiple smart door locks with a single gateway. Setting up the gateway is straightforward – simply add it to the TTLock APP, ensuring that the gateway is connected to the same 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network as your smartphone.
