The smart door lock offers three convenient unlocking options: Fingerprint Unlock, App Unlock, and Mechanical Key Unlock. The Auto-Lock feature allows you to customize the time range from 5 to 60 seconds, ensuring your home is secured. Additionally, the Passage Mode enables you to freely enter and exit a room by disabling the automatic lock, providing a safe and convenient unlocking solution.

Stay informed with instant notifications every time someone opens your smart door lock, keeping you always aware of the door's status. The Member Management feature allows users to be added or removed from the application, as well as granting administrator rights to determine who has access.

To ensure you never face the worry of being locked out, the keyless door lock has a spare USB-C port for temporary power backup. Moreover, the smart door knob is designed to fit both left-handed and right-handed doors with a thickness range of 34-55 mm.

If you're unable to find your door lock in the app, ensure the batteries have been installed in the door knob, then reset the lock by pressing the setting button on the interior knob. You will hear a voice prompt "Please add Bluetooth Administrator," and then you can connect to the app via Bluetooth.

To manually lock the door from the inside without using the app, you can turn on the Privacy Mode. In this mode, only the administrator's fingerprint can open the lock. To enable Privacy Mode, long press the reset button for 2 seconds, and to turn it off, simply press the button briefly.

If you're not at home and need to remotely unlock the door, you will need to purchase a Tuya smart gateway for remote control. However, the door lock can be controlled without a gateway when you're at home.

To keep the door unlocked, you can either long press the reset button on the interior door knob for 2 seconds or turn off the auto-lock function in the app.
