To ensure a smooth experience while using our fingerprint door lock, kindly take note of the following tips: Install the battery correctly by checking the positive and negative poles to avoid any damage to the circuit board. Our fingerprint door lock defaults to unlock with any fingerprint. Please register your fingerprint following the guidelines after installation to ensure secure access. For optimal recognition, register your fingerprint multiple times and from different angles. This will improve accuracy and ensure seamless access. Register your first fingerprint and test it with an unregistered finger to confirm successful registration. If unsuccessful, follow the user guide or video to register again. To ensure accurate recognition of your fingerprints, avoid using the lock with wet or oily fingers.

You could unlock the door with your phone within Bluetooth distance. You could view all the operations on the app, including who and when unlocked the door in real-time. Turn on the passage mode, and the door will unlock every time without any verification, allowing you to freely enter and exit the room.
